To get an oven-like car closer to a bearable temperature, roll down one window and open and close the opposite door a few times to cool the car down.

Please pick up after your pet at all times. There are doggy bags throughout the community if you forget yours. Please immediately throw it away.
Do not leave garbage in front of your door, this includes doggy bags.
Proper parking permits must be displayed, and easily visible. This applies to carports as well. Do not park in any unauthorized parking or a carport that is not assigned to your home or you will be towed at vehicle owners’ expense.

Please pick up after your pet. It is a lease violation if you fail to do this and it is inconsiderate to everyone in the community. We would like to keep our property looking beautiful for all to enjoy.
If you are caught not picking up after your pet you will be fined. If you notice someone not picking up after their pet please let the office know immediately. We will be monitoring this very closely.
